I want to give my Google-facing presence a serious boost while ensuring every customer who rings is greeted quickly and professionally. Here is what I need from the same partner:

First, tune up the SEO. You will review my current Google profile, site content, meta data and any connected assets, pinpoint gaps, then implement practical improvements that raise my visibility on relevant searches. I expect keyword research, on-page tweaks, and sound advice on any off-page or technical quick wins you spot. I already have Search Console and Analytics access ready for you.

Second, take care of the phone side. Customers call with product questions and booking requests; I need someone who can answer or return those calls, follow a simple guideline I provide, capture the caller’s details in a shared sheet, and escalate the few issues I must handle personally.

Deliverables
• Completed SEO audit with before/after metrics and the actions you took
• Updated titles, descriptions, headings and any other on-page elements you changed
• A brief report of backlinks or local listings you created (if applicable)
• Daily call log noting caller name, reason for call, outcome and any follow-ups required
