I’m looking for a software developer to join our team on a remote basis.
You don’t need to be an expert. I’m mainly looking for someone who can take on a project, figure things out, get the work done, and communicate clearly with a remote team.
What I’m looking for
Good problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Solid knowledge of at least one programming language
Able to understand a project, make decisions, and move it forward without needing constant supervision
Comfortable using AI tools when they are actually useful, but able to work and think independently without relying on AI for everything

Please read the instructions carefully and complete the test project.
During the test, your screen and camera must remain on for the entire session. This is simply to verify the work process and confirm that the person completing the task is the same person listed on the LinkedIn profile.
