Full-Stack React Node Development

I need a modern web application built from the ground up with a React.js front-end, a Node.js + Express.js back-end, and MongoDB as the data store. You’ll architect the entire stack, set up routing, state management, RESTful (or GraphQL if you prefer) APIs, and connect everything seamlessly.

Design & UX
I have no existing branding, so you’ll handle the full visual direction—logo, colour palette, typography, layout, responsive breakpoints, the works. I’m open to creative proposals but the result must feel clean, contemporary, and intuitive on both desktop and mobile.

Security & Authentication
User accounts will rely on email-and-password sign-up/login with an additional multi-factor authentication option. Please incorporate best practices for password hashing, token handling, and MFA flows (TOTP or similar).

Core expectations
• Well-structured React components (hooks, functional components)
• Express routes and controllers following MVC principles
• Elegant MongoDB schema design with Mongoose
• Clear environment configuration and secrets management
• Tests for critical routes and components
• Docker-ready or otherwise easily deployable documentation

Acceptance criteria
— All major CRUD operations function end-to-end.
— Authentication (email/password + MFA) works with proper validation and error handling.
— UI matches the approved design mock-ups and is fully responsive.
— Code is clean, commented, and handed over in a Git repository with setup instructions.
