Sales Forecasts for Business Plan

I’m polishing a business plan and need a solid set of financial projections focused strictly on sales forecasts. I already have market research data and want to turn those insights into credible numbers that investors can trust.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Build a 3- to 5-year sales forecast model in Excel (or Google Sheets) that clearly shows units, pricing assumptions, revenue, and year-over-year growth.
• Document every key assumption drawn from my market research so the logic is easy to follow.
• Include scenario and sensitivity tabs so I can adjust variables and instantly see upside and downside cases.
• Provide a brief written summary (one page) explaining methodology, data sources, and take-aways ready to drop into the Financial Projections section of the plan.
