I'm ready to commission a cloud-hosted order management tool that traders can access as a subscription service. The core of the platform must deliver real-time stock price tracking and the ability to fire off trades automatically; I also want the flexibility to toggle between fully automated and semi-automated order flows from the same interface.
Order coverage should start with all type order instructions, and I'd like the architecture to be open enough that orders function can be added without a rewrite. Execution will route through leading brokerage APIs, so clean, well-documented connectors and a sandbox mode for testing are essential.
Key deliverables
• Web-side dashboard that streams live prices and order status with no latency.
• Rule engine or scripting layer where I can define automation logic (quantity, price conditions, time-in-force, etc.)
• Manual override panel for quick one-click placements or edits
• REST or GraphQL endpoints mirroring every UI action
• Deployment scripts (Docker or similar) so the app ships ready for cloud scaling
• Brief user guide and API reference sufficient for an experienced trader or developer to get started
