English-Speaking Online Trainer & Market Support Consultant
Remote | Part-Time / Full-Time / Freelance

We are hiring an English-speaking trainer to support our international members and global market development. You will conduct Zoom training, explain the platform, answer member questions and provide clear, step-by-step guidance. All member-facing communication will be in English. Chinese is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct Zoom training for English-speaking members
* Explain platform features and operating procedures
* Handle member Q&A and provide online guidance
* Assist new members with onboarding
* Provide ongoing support to existing members
* Work with our operations team to develop English-speaking markets
* Assist with English content, presentations and online activities
* Share market insights and collect member feedback
* Help improve training materials and support procedures

Requirements:

* Native or fluent English
* Clear, confident and patient communicator
* Comfortable presenting and answering questions via Zoom
* Able to explain information simply and professionally
* Training, customer support, community, marketing or business-development experience preferred
* Able to work independently with an international team
