Residential Topographic Survey & Stamped DWG

I need a licensed land-survey professional who can visit a single-family residential parcel in Roseville, Macomb County, and deliver a complete, signed and sealed topographic survey. The drawing must show accurate ground elevations, full property boundary lines, existing buildings and hardscape, all visible natural features, and, critically, the location and depth of the storm sewer, water main, and sanitary main that front or cross the lot.

The finished work must be supplied in AutoCAD (DWG) format, ready for my architect to drop directly into the house plans. Provide the electronic file with layered linework, spot elevations, and a clearly referenced benchmark; include your professional stamp and a north arrow, scale, and legend within the model space or title block as you prefer. I will also need confirmation that the survey meets local Roseville/Macomb County standards for residential building permit submission.
