Solo Podcast PDF Transcriptions

I have a series of solo-monologue podcast episodes that need to be turned into clean, accurate transcripts delivered in PDF format. Alongside the verbatim text, I also want each transcript to highlight key moments with visible timestamps so a reader can jump straight to important sections in the audio.

Here is what I need from you:
• Listen to each episode in full and create an error-free transcription.
• Insert clear timestamps at the major topic shifts or noteworthy points I’ll identify when I hand over the audio.
• Export the finished document as a well-formatted PDF that is ready to share with guests and listeners.

Consistency in spelling, speaker tags (when a guest briefly appears), and timestamp placement is important. If you normally work in tools like Descript, Otter, or Express Scribe before finalizing in Word or Google Docs and exporting to PDF, that’s perfectly fine—what matters is the accuracy of the final PDF and the readability of the timestamp markers.
