I have a steady flow of paperwork that needs to move from mixed source files into clean, professionally formatted Word documents. Most of the work revolves around forms, invoices, templates, and a variety of resumes, contracts, and other legal documents. The originals arrive as PDFs, photos, or occasionally editable Word files, but the final output must always be a polished, uniform Word document ready for immediate use or printing.

I’ll supply the source files and any brand style guidelines; you bring fast, error-free typing, solid knowledge of Word’s formatting tools (styles, section breaks, tables, headers/footers), and the eye to spot and correct minor layout issues without changing the substance of the text.
