## Academic Research Data Collection – Colombo District, Sri Lanka

I am looking for a reliable freelancer/data collector to assist with participant recruitment and questionnaire data collection for an academic research study conducted in **Colombo District, Sri Lanka**.

### Target Participants

Participants must:

* Be currently residing in the **Colombo District**
* Meet the eligibility criteria that will be provided after selection
* Belong to one of the following religious communities:

* Islam/Muslim
* Hindu
* Christian

### Required Sample

The freelancer will be expected to assist in collecting approximately **200 valid participant responses** from the above religious groups.

Participants should be recruited from different areas and communities within Colombo District rather than obtaining all responses from a single location.

### Nature of the Work

The selected freelancer will be required to:

* Identify and approach eligible participants within Colombo District
* Briefly explain the study to potential participants
* Share the provided online questionnaire/Google Form with participants
* Ensure that participation is completely voluntary
* Follow the participant inclusion and exclusion criteria provided by the researcher
* Ensure that each response comes from a genuine, eligible participant
* Avoid duplicate responses
* Maintain participant privacy and confidentiality
* Provide regular updates regarding the number of responses collected from each religious group

### Preferred Freelancer

Preference will be given to someone who:

* Is currently based in or has good access to **Colombo District, Sri Lanka**
* Has experience in survey administration, field research, academic research, community work, or data collection
* Has access to Muslim, Hindu, and Christian communities within Colombo District
* Can communicate effectively in **Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English**
* Understands the importance of research ethics and accurate data collection
