I have a small batch of physical invoices—fewer than fifty—that I need keyed into an Excel file. Only two fields are required from each document: the invoice number and the invoice date.
An Excel template is already prepared, so once you receive the scanned PDFs you can start typing directly into the prescribed columns. Consistency with the date format (DD/MM/YYYY) and absolute accuracy on every number is essential because the file feeds our accounting software.
Deliverable
• My template filled in and returned, ready for import.
