Excel Data Entry From Multiple Sources

You will receive a mix of scanned PDFs, live web pages, and photos of handwritten notes. Every word and number from these sources must be transferred into a single Excel workbook and carefully proof-read so nothing is lost or transposed. Because I have no predefined template, organise the information in whatever structure makes the most sense—multiple sheets, clear headers, or simple data-validation rules are all welcome if they improve readability.

Accuracy is paramount: dates, currencies, percentages, and any other numeric fields should follow a consistent format, and any illegible items should be flagged in a comment cell or a short log.

Deliverables
• Completed .xlsx file, structured logically and fully populated
• Brief notes on any uncertainties or assumptions made during entry
