PHP Coder website designer & Ad Specialist campaign

I run a small but growing digital-marketing agency in India and need an extra pair of hands that can switch comfortably between quick PHP/HTML fixes on our own site and our clients’ sites, and the day-to-day setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns aimed at lead generation.

The technical side is straightforward: you must already be fluent in both PHP and pure HTML so that adding new sections, troubleshooting legacy code, or rolling out landing pages never slows you down. On the marketing side, you’ll be expected to create and manage Facebook-/Instagram-style lead ads (and, when required, similar placements on other platforms), track performance, and tweak creatives or audiences until the cost per lead meets our targets.

Time commitment is light but consistent—roughly 1–2 hours a day, or 4–6 hours spread across the week, depending on the workflow that week. I pay task-by-task or hourly, whichever suits the assignment, and successful collaboration will open the door to more frequent web-build and digital-marketing work with our client roster.
