Honolulu Permit Plan Revisions

I already have stamped plans approved by the City & County of Honolulu, but after lifting the original plantation house and placing a new ICF level beneath it, I decided to simplify the outside stairs and decks to bring construction costs back in line. I have red-lined every sheet myself (I teach AutoCAD, so the mark-ups are clean) and can send you both the PDF set and the .dwg files immediately.

Here is what needs to happen:

• Transfer my mark-ups into the construction documents, updating every affected plan, elevation, section, and schedule
• Reflect the structural modifications, exterior design changes, and revised material specifications exactly as shown on my sketches
• Coordinate the revisions with Honolulu’s current residential code, flood and wind requirements, and any field inspector comments so the amendment glides through DPP
• Return a complete digital set (PDF + DWG) ready for resubmittal, accompanied by an amendment summary sheet that calls out every clouded change

Acceptance criteria
– All red-lined items are incorporated with matching line weights, layers, and annotation styles
– Drawing index and revision blocks are updated and cross-referenced
– File passes an Autodesk “Audit” with zero errors and prints cleanly at 24x36
– City reviewer’s first round comments, if any, are limited strictly to issues outside the scope of these edits

Turnaround is flexible but faster is better; please include a realistic timeframe along with a brief note on your experience with Honolulu residential permits or similar coastal jurisdictions.
