Junior Performance Marketing Freelancer — Paid Pilot Opportunity

Hi, I’m looking for a freelance performance marketer to collaborate with Bahananwa Digital Solutions on a short-term lead-generation campaign.

We’re looking for someone with practical experience in Meta Ads/TikTok Ads, lead generation, campaign optimisation and basic performance reporting.

Project: 30-day lead-generation pilot
Role: Junior Performance Marketing Freelancer
Budget: R1,200–R1,500 for the pilot
Work: Remote / project-based

Your responsibilities would include campaign execution, monitoring CPL, identifying optimisation opportunities, tracking lead performance and providing regular updates.

Bahananwa will provide the overall strategy, offer positioning, creative direction and client management.

We are particularly interested in someone who can demonstrate previous lead-generation results, even if from small campaigns or personal projects.
