I have a collection of digital PDFs that need their text content pulled out and re-entered into an editable format. Each file contains straightforward text—no tables or images—so the job is purely about accurate transcription rather than complex formatting or data manipulation.

Here’s how I see the workflow: you’ll open each PDF, copy or type the text exactly as it appears, and paste it into a clean Word document (or similar). Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the original. If any characters don’t copy cleanly, I expect manual correction rather than leaving garbled output.

• 100 % of the text from every page is present

• Spot checks on random pages show zero transcription errors
