Retype Mixed Manuscript to PDF

I have a manuscript that contains both handwritten notes and printed passages. I need every word transcribed accurately and supplied back to me as a clean, text-only PDF. Please mirror the original line breaks and paragraph spacing but do not add headings, styling, or images—the goal is a plain, readable document that faithfully represents the source material without visual extras.

Accuracy matters more than speed; unusual spellings, strike-throughs, or marginal comments should be reproduced exactly as written. When you finish, deliver the final PDF and, if convenient, the editable text file you worked from so I can make future tweaks myself.
