The text must be re-typed—not OCR—so that every word matches the original source while adopting a new layout I will provide. The formatting guide details font family, heading hierarchy, margins, and a simple table style; you will receive it before you begin.

Accuracy is the priority: spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should all be double-checked. Once complete, export the final file directly to PDF, ensuring it opens flawlessly on any standard reader.

Deliverables:
