Overview
I run JOVAcancy, an international online recruitment platform, and I need a remote expert to audit and then take over our candidate acquisition pipeline so we can consistently generate high-volume, high-quality candidates and place them successfully in Qatar.
Scope of work
- Phase 1: Paid two-week diagnostic:
- Audit ad accounts (targeting, creatives, budget allocation)
- Audit landing page, portal, and registration form for drop-off/friction
- Verify tracking and attribution are set up correctly
- Deliver a written report with per-country funnel numbers, main problems, and a clear action plan
- Phase 2: Three-month engagement (paid monthly):
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns across target countries
- Fix and improve the ad-to-portal funnel
- Monitor the pipeline daily and respond promptly when something breaks or performance drops
- Send a daily report to our in-house developer covering landing page traffic, leads captured, conversion at each funnel stage, and successful placements
- Support our current live campaign sourcing motorcycle delivery riders for logistics (3PL) clients
- Work toward sourcing 30,000 candidates as a start (lead volume and quality must meet requirements)
- Run campaigns across Asia and Africa, including Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and Niger, and identify what’s stopping us from getting high numbers of leads and fix it
Additional information
- Work is fully remote from the freelancer’s own country.
- Other agents are welcome to contact us as well.
- The $25 performance bonus applies per successful placement (candidate registers through the funnel, completes the process, and arrives in Qatar).
