I need a reliable pair of hands to own my Instagram inbox. My feed is almost entirely photo-based, so every day I receive product questions, collaboration requests, and the occasional customer-service issue that has to be answered quickly and in the right tone.
Your core task is simple but crucial: respond to every DM promptly, professionally, and always in my brand voice. I’ll supply a style guide, FAQs, and escalation rules for anything sensitive or technical—you’ll decide whether to answer, flag, or forward. Alongside that, you’ll keep an eye on new photo posts to spot incoming messages that land in comments and push the conversation into DM when appropriate.
Deliverables
• Daily monitoring of the Instagram DM inbox (including hidden requests)
• Timely, accurate replies that reflect the brand’s tone
• A weekly log of common questions, unresolved issues, and any notable feedback
