Ongoing GoHighLevel CRM Management

My GoHighLevel workspace is growing fast and I need it to stay clean, organised and increasingly automated. The core of the work is twofold:

• Accurate data entry & maintenance – keep every customer record and all marketing data complete, consistent and deduplicated. Import new lists, tag contacts properly and audit the database regularly so reporting stays reliable.
• Smart workflow automation – build, test and refine sequences that handle lead nurturing, customer follow-ups and full marketing campaigns without manual intervention. Each automation should fire the right emails, texts or tasks at the right time and log every touchpoint back to the contact record.

I use the native GoHighLevel tools for forms, pipelines, email/SMS, calendars and reporting, so experience inside this platform is essential. Zapier, webhooks or API calls may be needed as we expand.

Deliverables
– Initial data clean-up and structured import
– Three end-to-end automation workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, campaigns) live and tested
– Ongoing weekly database hygiene and automation tweaks

Acceptance criteria
1. No duplicate or incomplete contact records after each update.
2. All automations fire correctly across email, SMS and task creation.
3. Monthly metrics dashboard in GoHighLevel shows accurate contact counts and conversion stages.

This is a long-term engagement; consistency and a proactive approach will be rewarded with more responsibilities over time.
