15 AI Redevelopment Real Estate Videos

I have a redevelopment proposal that now needs to come alive on screen. I’m commissioning 15 short, AI-generated videos that collectively showcase three intertwined themes: Project Benefits, Community to Advocate, and Architectural Visualization. Each clip should speak clearly to the project’s core benefits—alot of the benefits and housing shortage relief, economic growth, and social & environmental improvement—while persuading local stakeholders that the development is both transit-friendly and a genuine step forward. A brief is attached.

Here is the emphasis that must be visible in the finished work:
• Addressing housing shortage
• Economic growth
• Social and environmental improvement
• Transit Friendly
• Moving Forward

Scope
– You may leverage generative tools such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Midjourney or similar; tool choice is up to you, so long as the output feels cohesive across all 15 pieces.
– I expect you to handle light scripting, voice-over or text-overlay, royalty-free music, and brand-consistent color palettes.
– Final delivery: 15 ready-to-screen MP4 files in 1080p, plus source project files for future edits.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Each video highlights at least one of the five emphasis points above, with no mixed messaging.
2. Visuals must accurately reflect the proposed architecture and public-realm improvements drawn from the attached brief.
3. Tone stays upbeat and community-minded; no stock clichés about “luxury living.”
4. All clips combine smoothly as a playlist and still stand alone when shown individually.
5. Content humanization
