# Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer for PRESTIA AI
**Project Type:**
Full-Stack SaaS Platform MVP
**Delivery Deadline:** 30 Calendar Days
**Warranty:** 180 Days
**Budget:** Open to Competitive Proposals — Based on the Full Scope of Work
## Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build **PRESTIA AI Revenue Growth Platform**, a high-conversion commercial platform designed to sell AI-powered automation and revenue growth solutions to the US market.
This is not a simple corporate website. The goal is to build a functional sales platform that converts visitors into customers, increases average order value through relevant upsells, and supports recurring revenue.
## Core Requirements
**1. Website & Sales Funnels**
- Build 10 reusable page templates supporting approximately 18–22 functional pages or sales funnels.
- Implement five core packages: ACQUIRE, CONVERT, AUTOMATE, RETAIN, and REVENUE OS.
- Include pricing, industry solutions, interactive assessment, revenue calculator, checkout, confirmation, and legal pages.
- Support English and Arabic, including full RTL layout and responsive design.
**2. Upsell & Sales Engine**
- Implement a library of 30 upsell services.
- Configure relevant offers on sales pages and checkout pages.
- Build a dynamic Upsell/Downsell engine supporting sequences of 10–15 offers with conditional acceptance and rejection logic.
- Support one-click upsells where permitted by the payment provider.
- Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, order totals, and explicit customer consent.
**3. Payment & Integrations**
- Integrate Stripe and PayPal.
- Assist with API configuration and payment account setup.
- Implement secure server-side payment verification, Webhooks, and duplicate transaction prevention.
- Integrate Supabase and GoHighLevel (GHL) as specified.
- Follow security best practices and never store raw card numbers or CVV/CVC data on the platform's servers.
**4. Technology Stack**
- Frontend: Next.js 14+ App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
- Backend & Database: Supabase, PostgreSQL, Row Level Security.
- Payments: Stripe and PayPal.
- Deployment: GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase under the Owner’s accounts.
WordPress, Elementor, Bootstrap, and ready-made website templates are prohibited.
## Delivery & Acceptance Requirements
- Deliver the complete, functional platform within 30 calendar days.
- Provide three weekly Loom videos demonstrating actual progress and working functionality.
- Complete end-to-end testing of the pages, payment flows, upsells, database, and integrations.
- Deliver the complete source code, documentation, project files, and administrative access.
- Deploy the platform to the Owner’s accounts.
- Provide a 180-day warranty covering bugs, security defects, and non-conformities within the agreed scope, at no additional cost.
- Begin addressing critical defects within 24 hours, targeting resolution within 24–48 hours where technically feasible.
Final acceptance is subject to the agreed functional tests and delivery requirements, not merely submission of code or visual designs.
## Contract & Payment Terms
- Fixed-price contract based on the complete approved scope.
- The Developer must clearly identify any exclusions, third-party costs, or technical limitations before the contract is awarded.
- Payment, acceptance, and refund arrangements must comply with the agreed freelancing platform’s rules.
- All project-specific deliverables and source code shall be transferred to the Owner according to the agreed intellectual property terms.
## How to Apply
Please provide:
1. Links to three relevant projects demonstrating experience with Next.js and payment integrations.
2. Your proposed total fixed price for the complete scope.
3. Your confirmation that you can meet the 30-day deadline.
4. Confirmation that you accept the testing, delivery, ownership, and 180-day warranty requirements.
5. Any assumptions, exclusions, or third-party costs associated with your proposal.
**Selection Criteria:** Proven experience, technical competence, realistic pricing, delivery reliability, and full acceptance of the project requirements.
Please submit your best competitive offer for the complete project.
