NYC Real-Time Deposition Reporter

I need an experienced real-time court reporter who can cover an upcoming deposition for two 60 minute sessions in New York City. Throughout the proceeding I’ll rely on a live feed, so please bring the equipment and software you normally use for instant streaming—CaseViewNet, LiveNote, StenoCast, Eclipse, or a similar solution are all fine as long as counsel can view the text in real time on their laptops.

When the session ends, I only need a digital transcript. An ASCII, PDF, or E-Transcript file delivered electronically is perfect; no hard copies are required. Same-day rough draft and a certified final within a few days would be ideal. If you are New York–licensed or hold any national certifications, mention that so I know you can swear in the witness without needing a separate officer.

The date is flexible within the next four weeks, and this will be conducted by zoom.
