My team is staging a major art exhibition in Chicago and I need a skilled video creator to capture and craft all the visual stories we’ll share with the world. The content will live mainly on Instagram and Facebook, so snappy, mobile-friendly edits are essential.

Here’s what I’m aiming to walk away with:
• Three polished promotional trailers that build anticipation before the doors open.
• A series of short and mid-length artist interviews, filmed on-site, edited with clean lower thirds and captioned for silent viewing.
• Event-highlight reels cut from opening night and daily crowds, delivered in both vertical (Reels/Stories) and horizontal formats.
• All source footage, project files, and final 1080p MP4 exports.

I’ll handle scheduling, access to the artists, and brand guidelines; you handle filming, lighting, clear audio capture, editing, color grading, simple motion graphics, and music licensing. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve workflows are totally fine—as long as the final videos feel vibrant, contemporary, and share-ready.

If you’re local or can easily travel to Chicago for shoot days and can turn around edits quickly, let’s talk timeline and milestones so the exhibition’s social rollout lands right on cue.
