Revit House Working Drawings

I already have a complete architectural plan for a small single-family house in a digital CAD file. I need that information converted into Revit and developed into partial working drawings—specifically floor plans, exterior elevations, and at least one key section.

Here is what I will hand over:
• Freehand drawings
• A brief outline of materials and any key dimensions that must remain unchanged
. Description of the task

Here is what I expect back:
• A Revit (.rvt) model built from the supplied drawings, organised with proper levels and views
• Sheets set up for the floor plans, elevations, and section, ready for printing at 1:100 (PDF + native Revit)
• All annotations, dimensions and tags placed with Revit’s native tools so they update with any future edits

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry and overall dimensions match the source CAD exactly
• All drawings are legible and follow standard architectural graphic conventions
• No missing or broken references, families or view templates in the .rvt file
