Our team relies on a fully custom-built CMS & CRM written in JavaScript/Node.js. It underpins everything from project and retainer tracking to sales pipelines, and it already talks to Gmail, Google Docs, and ChatGPT to automate daily workflows.

I need a reliable technical partner who can step in whenever our in-house developer is unavailable, keep an eye on system health, and roll out small-to-mid-size enhancements we queue up. Think of it as light “on-call” coverage mixed with incremental feature work rather than a full-time rebuild.

2. Feature requests delivered to spec, covered by basic tests, and merged without breaking existing flows.
3. Straightforward, commented code so any future dev can pick it up quickly.
