Need 7 Virtual Assistants Long term

I’m expanding my remote team and have seven long-term seats open for proactive virtual assistants who can share at least a few working hours with me on Eastern Time. Your core responsibilities will start with accurate data entry and daily email management, but I’m looking for people who enjoy wearing many hats and learning quickly as new processes roll out.

To thrive in this role you should already demonstrate strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and solid technical instincts. Day-to-day work happens inside Google Workspace, so comfort with Docs, Sheets, and Gmail is essential. Prior exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity is a definite advantage—we’re steadily weaving them into our workflows—yet I’m happy to train motivated newcomers who are eager to experiment.
