Upwork Agency Profile Optimization Expert (Possible Long-Term Bidding Role) -- 2

I'm a Top Rated developer on Upwork (100% JSS) and co-founder of an agentic AI and web development agency working with clients in the US, UK, and Europe. We're launching our Upwork agency profile and I need someone to set it up fully and optimize it so it ranks and converts.

What you'll handle:

Agency title, overview, and service descriptions written for Upwork search
Portfolio setup: uploading images and media, writing titles, captions, and project descriptions, tagging skills
Designing or formatting portfolio thumbnails where needed
Keyword research for our niches
Skills, categories, and every other section the agency profile allows

Our services: voice AI agents (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs) live across 8+ clinics, white-label fulfillment for other AI agencies, custom AI agents with RAG (LangGraph.js, pgvector), private on-premise LLM deployment, CRM platforms with AI modules, automation (n8n, Make, GoHighLevel), and full-stack web apps (Next.js, React, Node.js, Supabase). Most of our work is white-label and confidential (which we can't add to the portfolio). I'll provide the project details and screenshots.
