Modern AI-Powered SaaS Web Application

I’m building a production–ready SaaS platform that combines a crisp React / Next.js front end with a Node.js + FastAPI back end, all containerised in Docker and deployed to AWS. The core of the product is a secure user area with dashboards, project pages and a collaboration-first workflow. Users will be able to create projects, exchange comments and notes in real time, and upload document files that feed directly into a lightweight AI model (Hugging Face fine-tuned or trained from scratch, whichever proves most efficient).

Once a document is uploaded, your Python service should trigger preprocessing, run the model, and record the prediction results in a PostgreSQL database. Those results must surface instantly in the dashboard and remain available for later review, basic evaluation and ad-hoc retraining. I’d also like a simple admin switch that re-queues misclassified samples for continual improvement.

Key expectations
• Clean, component-based React / Next.js UI written in TypeScript
• FastAPI microservice for AI inference, exposed through a versioned REST API
• Secure JWT-based auth with role expansion in mind
• Collaboration tools inside each project (comment threads, status tags, activity feed)
• Document uploads (PDF, DOCX, TXT at minimum) with progress indicators
• Postgres schema, migrations and seed data scripts
• Docker-compose for local dev, AWS ECS (or similar) for prod, with CI/CD hooks
• Brief model report: data used, metrics, and how to trigger retraining
