AI Video Creator for Premium Student-Living Brand

We are launching SELECT, a premium managed student-living/managed flats brand, and are looking for a creative AI Video Creator & Reel Editor to help us produce high-quality Instagram marketing content.
We are specifically looking for someone experienced with Runway AI (Gen-4/Gen-4.5 or current Runway video models), image-to-video generation, AI filmmaking and short-form video editing.
The objective is to create photorealistic, engaging and premium Instagram Reels that communicate our brand's USPs and make students want to experience the lifestyle at SELECT.
The content should NOT look like generic real-estate advertisements or obviously AI-generated videos. We want reels that feel like real student-life moments—warm, relatable, aesthetic, occasionally humorous and highly shareable.

Scope of work
The freelancer should be comfortable with:
- Runway AI video generation
- Image-to-video and reference-based generation
- Maintaining character and room/interior consistency across shots
- Writing/refining effective AI video prompts
- Creating photorealistic human movement and interactions
- Generating multiple shots and combining them into one coherent Reel
- Video editing, transitions and pacing
- Adding music, sound effects and voiceovers/dialogue where required
- Adding captions/text overlays
- Colour grading
- Exporting in Instagram Reel format (9:16)
- Creating approximately 10–30 second marketing reels
