I'm seeking a skilled architect to design a modern, minimalist single-family home.

Key requirements:
- Exterior style: Minimalist
- Design features: Large windows, flat roof, crisp lines and edges
- One story with a walkout basement
- Lakeside lot, would like a lot of glass on the lakeside
- Interior: 2 bedrooms on the main floor
- An additional 2 bedrooms in walk-out basement plus an office
