Meta-WIX Zapier & Chatbot Setup

I already run successful Meta campaigns for my Thai massage school and now I need the back-end to catch up.

1. Zapier connection
• Sync every new Meta event registration straight into the relevant contact record inside WIX CRM.
• Map all fields we collect in the ad form (name, email, phone, chosen course, preferred schedule).
• Test the Zap live so I can see a registration appear instantly in WIX Automations and trigger my existing follow-up emails.

2. Website chatbot
• Implement a third-party chatbot service (e.g. Manychat, Tidio or similar) on my WIX site.
• The bot will live in the website chat widget only; no Messenger or WhatsApp links needed right now.
• Core flows: greet visitors, answer basic course/price questions, capture leads, hand off to live chat when needed.
• Please brand it with our colours and Thai-styled greeting.

Acceptance criteria
✔ A successful test registration from a Meta ad lands in WIX CRM with every field correctly filled.
✔ Chatbot is live on the website, responds with the agreed flow, and sends captured leads to my email.

I’ll provide access to Meta Business Manager, Zapier, WIX, and the chatbot tool licence as soon as we start. If you have relevant case studies, let me see them and we can move quickly.
