Cartoon AI Animation from Images

I need a short, lively cartoon-style animation created with AI that starts from the still images I will supply. The characters and objects in those images are fixed—they are my brand mascots—so the job is to bring them to life rather than redesign them.

Your workflow can rely on any mature image-to-video tools you prefer (Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion + Deforum, AnimateDiff, or similar). What matters is a smooth, expressive motion that feels hand-drawn, keeps the original colours intact, and finishes in a clean 1080p file ready for social media.

Deliverables
• A 10- to 15-second MP4 (1080p, 25–30 fps)
• The project file or notebook showing key settings / prompts so I can recreate or tweak future shots

I will provide the character PNGs, a brief on the scene, and the mood I’m after as soon as we start.
