Meta Verification API Key Setup

My mobile application needs a working Meta Business Verification API key so it can start calling the Facebook / Instagram Graph endpoints without sandbox limits. I already have a Meta developer account and a verified business manager, but I have not been able to generate the production-ready key that unlocks the required scopes for a mobile environment.

I need someone who knows the exact sequence inside Meta’s Developer Dashboard—creating the app, submitting for App Review, configuring Data Use Checkup, and finally retrieving the long-lived access token or app-secret–proof that works inside a mobile build. Whether the app is shipping on iOS, Android, or both, the goal remains the same: deliver a key that passes Meta’s validation screens and can be dropped straight into my code.

Deliverables (all must be met to accept the project):
• Verified production API key (App ID + App Secret) issued under my Meta Business Manager
• Short walkthrough of the steps you performed, with screenshots or screen-share video for future audits
• Test call demonstrated via cURL or Postman proving the token’s active permissions in a mobile context
