Pathology Lab Booking App

I’m ready to commission a mobile application that lets my pathology lab take appointments, accept online payments, and show patients their test results, all while giving me clear, real-time statistics on how the business is performing. The app must launch on both iOS and Android from day one, so I’m open to a shared-code approach such as Flutter, React Native, or any other framework you are comfortable proving works smoothly on the two stores.

Core user features
• Booking appointments: patients choose date, time, and test type, then receive an in-app and email confirmation.
• Payment processing: secure card/UPI/wallet checkout at the time of booking, with automatic receipts.
• Viewing test results: push notification once results are uploaded; PDFs or structured data should display neatly in the app.

Statistics I need to see in a simple dashboard (mobile or web-based):
• Number of bookings filtered by date range and test type.
• Payment transactions with totals, status, and payout reconciliation.
• Aggregated test-result data (e.g., counts per test, positivity rates) to help me plan resources.

Acceptance criteria
1. Approved builds on both App Store and Google Play.
2. Payment flow PCI-DSS compliant and testable in sandbox before go-live.
3. Admin dashboard exports CSV for each of the three statistic sets above.
4. Source code, build instructions, and minimal hand-off documentation delivered at close.
