Memorial Service Video Coverage

On Saturday, November 7 at Kent Island Methodist Church in Chester, MD (21619), my family will hold a celebration-of-life service for my wife. A visitation begins at 10 a.m.; the formal service runs roughly 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with spoken tributes, professional musical performances, and prerecorded video remembrances shown on the sanctuary screen.

I need the entire occasion preserved in one continuous, high-quality video. Please capture a few minutes of guests arriving during the visitation, then record the full service from a fixed position near the back of the church so you remain unobtrusive.

Sound is critical: patch directly into the church’s audio board while also running your own backup microphones to guarantee clean, intelligible speech and music.

Deliverables
• One edited HD (or better) video file covering arrival moments plus the complete service, with balanced audio from both sources
• Basic colour correction and audio levelling
• Online download link or USB delivery within an agreed timeframe

Coordination with the church’s A/V team in advance is essential to secure the board feed and confirm camera placement. All filming must respect the tone of the service and avoid disrupting attendees.
