Oracle APEX Form Update Fix

I have an Oracle APEX form that refuses to display the newest data. The moment I save or update a record the screen refreshes but stubbornly shows the old values, and if I reload the page or reopen the same record nothing changes—the outdated information is still there.

I need someone who knows APEX inside-out to trace why the update process is not committing (or not being fetched back), correct whatever is blocking the data refresh, and leave the page showing the latest values immediately after each save. That may involve reviewing the page processes, session state handling, DML triggers, dynamic actions, or even the underlying table logic—whatever it takes to make the edits stick and appear right away.

Please be prepared to work directly in the application builder (Oracle APEX 22.x) with screen-share or a packaged export, diagnose the root cause, implement the fix, and explain the change so I can replicate the solution on similar pages.
