Manufacturing SOP / Process Documentation Development

We are looking for an experienced SOP / Process Documentation Specialist to develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) system for our manufacturing operations.
The project will initially cover the following departments:
Production
Warehouse & Inventory
Procurement
Quality Control
Maintenance
Logistics / Dispatch
Sales coordination and order fulfillment
HSE and other supporting functions where applicable
The scope includes reviewing our current processes, identifying responsibilities and workflow between departments, and developing practical SOPs that can be implemented on-site.
Each SOP should include, where applicable: Purpose, Scope, Responsibilities, Definitions, Procedure/Workflow, Approval Authority, Required Forms & Records, KPIs, Controls, and References.
The SOPs should also clearly define interdepartmental workflows, such as Procurement → Warehouse → Production → QC → Finished Goods → Dispatch.
We prefer a freelancer with experience in: Manufacturing operations, ISO 9001/QMS, SOP development, process mapping, internal controls, and warehouse/procurement/production systems.
Expected Deliverables: Complete SOP Manual, individual editable SOPs in Word, process flowcharts, forms/checklists/templates, SOP master list with document numbering and revision control, and recommendations for process improvements.
Important: We are looking for customized SOPs based on our actual factory operations, not generic templates or AI-generated standard procedures without process assessment.
