Phased Dual-Website Build & Hosting

I’m looking for a collaborative partner who can both design and host two websites for me in clearly defined stages.

Phase 1 (deadline: end of October) centres on our first site, a clean, responsive business-promotion presence. It must include:
• A working contact form that routes enquiries to my email
• Concise service descriptions laid out for easy scanning
• Narrative sections titled “Who we are”, “How can we assist”, “Our value proposition”, and a brief “Why are we different?” spotlight

The goal is a professional look that loads quickly on desktop and mobile, is simple for me to update, and sits on reliable, secure hosting you manage for me.

Phase 2 runs through to December 2026. During that window we’ll refine the first site as needed and build a second site (scope still to be defined), so I’d like someone comfortable with an ongoing, milestone-based relationship.

Please let me know:
• Which platform you suggest (WordPress, Webflow, custom HTML, etc.) and why
• Your hosting stack and how you handle backups, SSL, and basic maintenance
• A brief outline of your timeline for each deliverable in Phase 1
