We are hiring you for your eye. You will be handed footage and an idea, not a shot list — if we have to art-direct every cut, we've hired the wrong person.
The work
Sort the archive — ~2 hard drives of professional photoshoot footage. Review, cull and organise into a clean, usable library.
15 social cuts — a mix of 30-second and 10-second vertical pieces. You choose the moments and pair each to a single benefit or feeling (restful sleep, natural materials, staying cool, gentle for sensitive sleepers, undisturbed sleep, craftsmanship, longevity). Keep any health angle soft and lifestyle-led — never clinical.
Ongoing content — fresh short-form on fast turnaround (days, not weeks).
Personal brand — high-quality short-form for the founder, "The Mattress Matriarch": to-camera, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle, same premium bar.
