Vectorize Letterhead & Business Card for MOO Print

Convert Existing Letterhead & Business Card Design to MOO Print Files + Word Template

I have completed designs for my law firm's letterhead and two-sided business card in PNG format. I am not looking for a new design. I need a production designer to recreate/vectorize the existing artwork and prepare the following final files:

1. MOO Print Files

Recreate/vectorize the existing PNG artwork
Prepare print-ready PDFs for MOO for the letterhead and both sides of the business card
Provide the underlying vector files (AI, EPS or SVG)
Properly address dimensions, bleed, CMYK colors and fonts

2. Microsoft Word Letterhead
Create a functional .dotx Word template using the same letterhead design. The header/footer and logo should remain fixed while I prepare correspondence, work properly for multi-page letters, and reproduce cleanly when I convert the Word document directly to PDF.

I want to prepare and email PDF correspondence without having to print letters on physical letterhead and scan them.

I will provide the existing PNG designs and all final contact information.

Deliverables: MOO-ready PDFs, editable vector artwork, Word .dotx template, and a sample Word document and PDF demonstrating that the template works properly.

Please respond only if you have experience preparing commercial print files and creating professional Microsoft Word letterhead templates.

This is primarily a production/file-conversion project, not a redesign.
