Lead Generators for Web Design Projects

I'm a freelancer offering web design and social media content management services to small and medium businesses. I'm looking for a partner who can bring me qualified clients in exchange for a commission on each client's payment — no cold outreach or closing required from you, just the introduction.

What I need:

Someone who can identify and connect me with businesses that need website design or social media management
You make the introduction — I handle the sales conversation and delivery

Commission structure:

30% commission on the payment I receive from each client you bring me
Applies per client, per project — bring me 3 clients, earn 30% on each one separately
Commission paid as a milestone within 3 days of me receiving payment from that client
No commission if a lead doesn't convert into a paid project — fully performance-based

What counts as a valid referral:

The client must not already be in contact with me
Notify me before making the introduction, so we avoid disputes over who gets credit
Referral must result in a signed agreement and a payment from the client

Ideal candidate:

Existing network of small business owners, marketing agencies, or startups
Experience in sales, lead generation, or partnerships
Comfortable working commission-only, no base pay
