Syrian Telecom Talent Recruiter

I need a Damascus, Syria based local recruiter who knows the local telecom market inside out and can quickly surface Syrian nationals for several on-site positions. We are seeking talent with hands-on experience in:

- Fiber Network / Fiber Optics
- OSP (Outside Plant) Networks
- Data Center Infrastructure & Connectivity

For each vacancy I will share a detailed job description and within 5 calendar days of receiving it, I expect a shortlist of three to four qualified CVs matching at least 90% with the JD.

All roles are full-time, on-site in Damascus with a reputable GCC telecom operator, so every candidate you present must already reside in Syria or any overseas Syrian willing to relocate; workable English is highly desirable.

Deliverables (per role)
3–4 potential CVs that map clearly to the JD.

Success for this engagement is met when at least two candidates are shortlisted by our technical team per role who match the stated criteria.
