Hindi Notes Typing to PDF

I have a batch of handwritten Hindi notes that I need converted into clean, error-free digital text. The final output must be a single PDF that mirrors the original notes as closely as possible—same line breaks, paragraph spacing, and overall flow. No diagrams or images are involved; it’s pure text.

You may draft in any software you prefer (InDesign, Word, Google Docs, etc.) as long as the finished file I receive is a properly formatted, searchable PDF in Unicode Hindi. Accuracy is critical, so please proofread before delivery.
