I am commissioning a complete engineering package for an industrial-scale ultrafiltration followed by reverse osmosis line that will process well over 10,000 L/h. The primary goal is to polish our process water, eliminating sediments and suspended particles before it enters the RO train, so the final permeate consistently meets our production specs.

Scope
• Translate my raw-water analysis into a full process design, selecting membrane types, housing materials, pumps, valves, instruments and control logic suitable for 24/7 plant operation.
• Size every stage—UF racks, RO passes, CIP skids, chemical dosing—so the system can sustain the stated flow without fouling beyond agreed limits.
• Deliver a complete engineering folder: process-flow diagram, P&ID, hydraulic calculations, equipment datasheets, bill of materials with make/model suggestions, layout drawings (2-D is fine), and operating & maintenance guidelines.

Acceptance
The design must demonstrate pressure drops, flux rates and recovery numbers that keep turbidity after UF below 1 NTU and guarantee reliable RO performance for our downstream use. Present calculations in an editable spreadsheet and all drawings in PDF plus native format (AutoCAD or similar).

If you already use design tools such as WAVE, IMSDesign, ROSA or similar, please note that in your proposal; export files are welcome alongside the standard documents.
