I need a qualified third-party inspector in Malaysia to carry out a final random inspection on a batch of product that is ready to leave the factory. The goal is to confirm full compliance with the agreed standards before the shipment is cleared.

What the visit involves
• Arrive once production is complete and the shipment is 80-100 % packed.
• Sample units at random, measure critical dimensions, and witness functional tests on site.
• Cross-check build quality, safety markings, spare-parts lists, and any customer-specific requirements.
• Photograph every step and capture serial plates so the whole chain of evidence is clear.
• Compile a same-day summary, then deliver a detailed PDF report with photos, findings, and a clear pass/fail conclusion.

I will supply the manufacturer’s address, inspection checklist, and acceptance criteria in advance. You bring your own basic tools (calipers, camera, flashlight, PPE) and the experience to spot non-conformities quickly.

Preferred profile
• background in product inspections or quality engineering
• Familiar with sampling plans
• Able to communicate findings in English

Timing: inspection within the next two weeks, exact date to be agreed.
Deliverables are the signed inspection report, image set, and any non-conformance tags raised on site.
