Retail Store Operations Manager

I need an experienced manager to run the day-to-day operations of my brick-and-mortar retail store with one clear objective: boost sales performance. You will own the shop floor, translate sales targets into action, and make sure every operational detail—from merchandising to staff motivation—drives revenue.

Success in this role means:
