I have a full set of plans for a new-build, single-family home in Arizona and now need a locally licensed civil engineer to review, sign, and stamp them so they are ready for submission to the county. The drawings already cover grading, drainage, utility connections, and driveway layout, but I expect you to flag anything that may raise red-line comments and advise on quick fixes before you affix your seal.

Because this is residential new construction, the authority having jurisdiction will look closely at:

• Site grading and drainage compliance with current MAG standards
• Utility tie-ins, trench details, and backflow requirements
• Erosion-control notes that match county BMP language

Once we have your professional mark, I’ll file immediately, so turnaround is important—ideally within one week of receiving the CAD and PDF set. I will send the plans in both DWG and PDF formats along with the county checklist.

Deliverables:
1. Reviewed plan set returned with your comments (PDF)
2. Final signed and sealed plan set (digital stamp acceptable if county approved)
3. Brief confirmation letter stating that the plans meet Arizona residential codes

Please share your license number for verification and let me know your estimated timeframe for review and stamping.
