Job Platform Referral Tracking Enhancement

I want to strengthen the referral-tracking capability on our job-matching site, which serves both job seekers and employers. Right now we distribute unique referral links (see the sample URL above), but reporting is patchy and users can’t easily see how their links perform.

Here’s what I need:
• A reliable way to generate, store, and validate unique referral codes for every user
• Real-time tracking of clicks, sign-ups, and successful hires that originate from each code
• Separate dashboards: one for the referrer that shows basic stats (visits, applications, conversions) and one for admin with deeper analytics and export options
• Automated email or in-app notifications that alert referrers when milestones are hit
• Clean integration with our existing authentication and job-application flow so users never have to re-enter data they’ve already provided

All copy and visual styling should stay consistent with the current site; the focus is strictly the referral logic, data capture, and reporting views. I’ll provide database access, current codebase, and sample referral data. Deliverables are the updated code, migration scripts (if any), and a brief walkthrough video or call so my team can maintain it moving forward.
